Litfinder provides a wealth of primary literature content, including full-text poems, poem citations and excerpts, full-text short stories, full-text essays, full-text speeches, and full-text plays. LitFinder also includes biographies, work summaries, photographs, and a glossary.
Using NoveList Plus, you can search among hundreds of thousands of popular fiction and readable nonfiction titles, and also retrieve author read-alikes, book lists, book discussion guides, and more. NoveList Plus includes everything in NoveList, as well as additional coverage for nonfiction titles.
NoveList K-8 Plus focuses on nonfiction reading materials that
support the recreational reading interests of children and students from preschool through middle school, as well as the school curriculum.
The Science and Education Center is located on the library’s first floor. The collection contains books, databases, CD-ROMS, videos, posters, study kits, games, models, and scientific equipment designed to enhance learning on a variety of scientific subjects for children age 18 months to 18 years old. The interactive and exploratory nature of the collection makes this a unique center for scientific learning.
