Just for Babies
Baby Story Time (Newborn to 24 months with caregiver)
Dates: Thursday mornings
Times: 9:15 to 9:45 a.m. and repeated from 10 to 10:20 a.m.
This is an interactive story time for babies their parent or caregiver that focuses on the "three R's:" rhythm, rhyme, and repetition. Enjoy age-appropriate books, songs, rhymes, and baby sign language, all intended to promote language development and early literacy in a lively and fun atmosphere. Facts on brain development, early literacy, and social emotional growth are shared throughout the program. The event includes time for adults to socialize and babies to play.
Cuddletime Concerts (Newborn to 24 months with caregiver)

Time: 9:30 - 10 a.m., in the Eisenhower Room
Special music programs recommended for babies and toddlers, ages newborn to 24 months and an accompanying adult.

Baby Welcome Program
The Mamie Doud Eisenhower Public Library would like to tell you how happy we are to welcome your new baby as a member of our community! If you are a Broomfield resident and have an infant (age newborn to 12 months), please stop by the Children’s Library to pick up your Baby Welcome Program gift packet. Each packet of free materials includes a book, bookmark, gift bag, special baby T-shirt and library related informational flyers. We would like to help your family have a positive beginning to a lifelong learning experience with books.
Please note that supplies are limited. One must be a Broomfield resident with an infant up to 12 months old to be eligible to receive a Baby Welcome Program gift packet. Proof of Broomfield residency will be requested. There is a limit one gift packet per infant.
