Come and target the muscles of your midsection, abdominal and back, as well as upper thighs during this quick 25 minute workout.

Barre Fusion 

Class Listing
Barre Fusion develops strength, flexibility, and endurance while burning calories. This workout will shape and elongate your muscles using low weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of thigh, seat and core exercises at the barre as well as on the floor. We always include a releasing stretch after we work a muscle group, which results in stronger and more elongated muscles while gaining flexibility. Each class is designed for you to feel invigorated, challenged, and inspired. Class is done in bare feet or sticky socks. Bring a towel and water to stay hydrated.

Body Sculpting


Get conditioned with a total body workout. The class tones the whole body using any or all of the following: bands, body bars, fit balls, hand weights, tubing, and more.

The Fastest Way In The Universe To Get In Shape. BODYPUMP is a strength endurance training class where muscle and music collide! Low on complexity but high in fun, BODYPUMP has all of the benefits of traditional weight training combine with time efficiency and predictability. BODYPUMP is great for “EVERY BODY." BodyStep Logo


is a simple, athletic and fun workout using an adjustable step platform to step up and down to uplifting music. BodyVive Logo


If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. Step into a BODYVIVE 3.1 class and you can be sure you're heading into one of the safest and most effective workouts around. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, running and tubing exercises will help you burn calories. The great music will leave you fizzing with energy and feeling great. Mommy Friendly Cardio Time


Bring your baby and utilize the cardiovascular equipment between 1–3 p.m. Monday through Friday. The child must be securely fastened in a car seat carrier and stroller next to you!

Non-Contact Boxing


This class will have you throwing jabs and combinations while mastering footwork and body position. Come prepared to work cardio, strength and core; leave heart healthier, stronger and functionally fit.

PiYo


PiYo will help you define every inch of your body - without bulking up or straining your joints. You'll perform low-impact, high-intensity moves to get your strength training, flexibility and cardio - all in each workout! No weights. No jumps. Just hardcore results.

Pilates


Broomfield Recreation Services offers a number of Pilates classes to fit your schedule and level.

Pound

Using lightly weighted drumsticks, you become the music in this exhilarating full body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements.

Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is provided and used for seated and/or standing support.
Circuit: Combine fun and fitness to increase cardio and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Spinning Logo

Spinning is an indoor stationary bike class guaranteed to challenge you, no matter what your fitness level. All levels are encouraged to come. First time riders should arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for instruction on proper bike set-up. Limited bikes available. Numbers to attend class are available 90 minutes prior to class start time.

Spin® Long Ride


A 60-minute, stationary cycling class developed to challenge your endurance. Limited bikes available. Numbers to attend class are available 90 minutes prior to class start time.

Spin® FLEX

 
A combo class format that adds the use of flex bands, tubing and dumbbells to train the major muscles groups, paying special attention to the upper body following a 40–45 minute Spin ride.

Spin® Yoga


Spin® Yoga is a combination class format that trains your heart and strengthens your lower body with a Spinning® ride, and then stretches your hard-worked muscles with yoga asanas. Yoga and the Spinning program are natural complements to one another because each one has a mental and a physical component, and allows us to train our bodies while developing mind / body awareness. Limited bikes available. Numbers to attend class are available 90 minutes prior to class start time.

Stroller (Mommy and Me)


Designed to give you a workout and bond with your newborn baby. Cardiovascular and strength training exercises will be incorporated to get you back in shape. All classes will start on the track, so bring your stroller (jogger or non-jogger) and enjoy a workout with other moms and babies.

Train Like a Pro!


This class wasn’t designed for the beginner but rather to push you to the next level by challenging your cardiovascular system through high-intensity interval training. The 45-minute class will cause muscle confusion and integrate a variety of different exercises to get the most out of your workout, and finishes with core work.

TABATA


HIGH-IMPACT!

High-intensity intervals with 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest. Extremely effective for increasing cardiovascular health!

Tai Chi


Taijiquan (Tai Chi) is a Chinese exercise and martial art for the body, mind and spirit. Practiced in a slow, relaxed manner that cultivates internal energy, mental awareness, a sense of calm and improves balance, coordination, circulation and muscle tone.

Beginning Tai Chi


Focusing on the first third of Cheng Man-ch'ing's Yang Short Form, all levels are welcome.

Continuing Tai Chi


Focusing on the latter two thirds of Cheng Man-ch'ing's Yang Short Form, and advanced practices such as push hands, students are required to know the first third of the form to join this class.

Youth Cardio Games (Ages 10-14)


30 minutes of instructor-led intervals & games on the treadmill, bike and/or elliptical, followed by 15 minutes of core work and stretching. Class meets on the back side of the track. Reservations are taken one-day in advance at the front desk 303-460-6900). Class times are available on the group fitness schedule. Class calendar runs congruent with the school calendar.
